Terms and conditions.
Our products are delivered free from stock. Our warehouse is in Pfalzen. The addressee is liable for all dangers and damages in transit even if the products are exceptionally directly delivered. Complaints accepted only by registered letter within 8 days. The liability for damages is limited to the replacement of your ware prior to the assessment of the damages by both parties. It includes no further expenses or damages. Failing amicable settlement, the court of Bruneck shall have competence to rule on any dispute. The ware remains our property until the bill is completely settled. Should the customer fail to pay in time according to the terms stipulated or mentioned above we feel free to charge the interests covering the whole period of insolvency until full payment will be done.
You aknowledge that you will agree to the terms mentioned above at the receipt of our bill.
